Developer & Jnr Data Engineer
My journey has been fueled by a "Glory, Glory" mentality, moving through some of the most influential fintech and tech hubs in the region. Each step was a lesson in scaling systems for millions of users.
Fintech Foundation: Hubtel & ExpressPay
I started my journey by immersing myself in the fast-paced world of Ghanaian fintech. During my time with Hubtel and ExpressPay, I served as an Assistant Developer and Intern, where I got my first real taste of API engineering. I wasn't just observing; I was learning how to maintain high-availability systems that process thousands of transactions per second. It was here I realized that a great digital product isn't just about the UI—it’s about the resilience of the backend.
Mazzuma, I shifted my focus toward data movement. I worked on projects involving complex data pipelines, helping bridge the gap between financial services and real-time user insights. I specialized in cloud build automation, ensuring that deployment wasn't a manual chore but a seamless, automated flow. Whether it was optimizing database schemas or refining RESTful APIs for fintech tools, I learned that efficiency is the only language that scales.
The Pro Bono Pursuit: Chasing the Full-Stack Dream
Currently, I am operating in a high-growth "stealth mode," working pro bono on experimental digital products. Why? Because I am chasing the dream of becoming a world-class Full-Stack Developer and Data Architect. I’m currently building future-proof tools that bridge the gap between heavy-duty data processing and smooth user experiences, proving that age is just a number when you have the technical grit to deliver.
